Your Private Meditation Session

Learn specific meditation techniques that are suitable for your and right for your constitution. Not every type of meditation is right for everyone. Bust a specific meditation is right for someone.

In your private meditation session, Aman Rai or Jai Kai will take you on a personal journey to understand what type of meditation is right for you.

You will learn all of the fundamental principles  and prerequisites of Meditation  including Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration and focus) and how to use these techniques as a source of health and healing in your life.

Your meditation sessions may include the following:

Yoga Nidra – Deep concentration, with drawing of the senses and relaxation to help focus and heal your subtle body and energies. Yoga Nidra is an ancient yoga technique that has been used for thousands of years to help heal the body & mind and deepen ones own meditation practice.

Energy Management – the use of visualizations to cleanse your Chakras, thought and emotions so that you may move into deeper states of focused concentration and meditation.

Mantra Yoga – finding  and using the right mantra (sound vibration with intention) that can help you focus and move you into deeper states on concentration and meditation. Mantra yoga is very effective in creating one-pointedness.

Bhakti Meditation – A form of meditation though opening the heart and devotion.

Jnana Meditation -  a form of  contemplative meditation to discover inner truth
