Sacred Seed focuses on the sacred science of Yoga and Ayurveda. Through our own experience and practice, we firmly believe that Yoga and Ayurveda, which are sister sciences, go hand in hand and are both needed for optimal health & healing.
Yoga is the path to Self-Realization and Ayurveda is the science of life -promoting health and wellness. Therefore Ayurveda when practiced with Yoga helps us to realize our true nature in a more effective, balanced and sustainable way.
Yoga and Ayurveda has completely transformed us in a positive way and so it gives us the greatest pleasure and passion to share the traditional teachings with you.
It is both Jai’s and Aman’s purpose or Dharma to share the science of Yoga and Ayurveda with you. As students on this path, we are continually learning and applying the vast science of Yoga and Ayurveda so that we may teach through our own experience.
Our mission is for you to have access to the tools, knowledge and wisdom of Ayurveda & Yoga so that you may live a life full of peace, happiness and balance in the mist of daily living. Our main location is at 11034 124 St NW Edmonton AB. Come by and check out our space and what we have to offer. Namaste.
