- Understand the basic layout of your karmas as depicted in the sky at your birth which most represent you.
- Learn the key significations of each planet and what they represent in our lives.
- Learn the elements that make up the rasi’s, or constellations, to determine your predominance of earth, fire, water, air and ethers and what that means about you.
- Learn Yoga practices specific to aligning with each planetary energy, including mudras, mantras, pranayama, and asana.
Can be used towards Yoga Alliance Credits and 300 hour Yoga teacher Training.
