Join us for a Rejuvenative Yoga practice and a tapestry of Live Healing Soundcapes and Sounds Bath.
As darkness diminishes and light increases we start to shed the heaviness of winter. Reclaim your inner strength, light and energy as we transition into spring.
We will combine cleansing yogic breathwork, dynamic movements, yin yoga and the power of sound including didgeridoo, drums, flutes and crystal bowels to restore and revitalize your body, mind and soul!
This joyshop will focus on the Sacral and Solar Plexus to renew self-confidence, self-motivation and the power to make decisions. Both fire and water are needed for blossoming the flower within and for the power of transformation.
Preparation of an Ayurvedic rejuvenative tea with sacred mantras will be part of this special workshop as well as aromatherapy.
Marcus has accompanied many yoga classes, breathwork sessions and ceremonies. He uses his unique collection of vibratory instruments ranging from low and deep resonance to bright and shimmering for the ultimate sound bathing experience.
