Testimonials

When I started the Sacred Seed Yoga& Ayurveda Teacher Training, my goal was to gain a deeper understanding of yoga. Back then, this mainly meant to me improving my own asana practice and being able to teach it to others. I have achieved this and much more! Aman is an exceptional teacher who can read your body like no one else I’ve met before. She teaches each asana from the ground up, enabling you to teach your own yoga classes with confidence.

Throughout the training, I got so much more than I expected. Aman and Jai gave me an idea of what yoga and ayurveda is really about and how yoga philosophy can affect your entire perspective on life. During the training I was undergoing some difficult changes in my life and a lot of the things we discussed in the classes helped me deal with them in a healthy way. Furthermore, I was able to deepen my meditation practice and at the end of the YTT I found that my meditation practice was more important to me than any asana practice. For all of these reasons, I can only deeply recommend taking the 200-hour YTT with Aman and Jai. If you are open to it, it will bring profound changes and benefits to your life.”

The Sacred Seed Yoga Teacher Training has a “whole-life” spiritual approach to yoga, which incorporates meditation, energy work, Ayurveda, philosophy and asana (postures). As a result, I have immensely enjoyed and learned so much more from this training than I thought possible. The topics covered in this training do not just teach you how to ‘do yoga’ but how to ‘live yoga’ daily. For me, the difference between doing yoga and living yoga has been life changing and is something that I will continue learn about over the years. Jai and Aman shared their immense knowledge and wisdom and gave all of the students in our training a safe place to learn not only about the course material but also about themselves, something that I will always be grateful for.”

“I was beyond impressed! The training that Jai and Aman offered was authentic to the yoga tradition, infused with yogic philosophy and Ayurveda, and was most certainly an expression of themselves as both teachers and students of yoga. They not only taught asana and the tools and skills in sharing the physical practice, but incorporated all eight limbs of yoga and drew teachings from the many different traditions. The sessions were engaging and challenging, and left me excited, curious and sometimes bewildered. I feel as though the training was everything and more than what should be expected from a 200hr YTT. I only wish we could have had even more time together. I highly, highly recommend this training! Thank you Jai & Aman for helping in preparing me for my own journey in deepening my personal practice and sharing yoga with others. Namaste.”
