First, I hope you are having some fun and enjoying the holiday season.
During the holidays and festivities, its easy to get caught up consuming too many refined sweets and junk food, so I wanted to offer a healthier alternative that is well, simply delicious!
In this coconut turmeric chai recipe, you will find some of the most important and healthy Ayurvedic spices: ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and of course turmeric.
We explore the benefits of these herbs and how to use them in various teas, elixirs and other medicinal recipes in our yoga & ayurveda courses, trainings and workshops.
